Eleanor O'Farrell and the Irish guide horse training Eleanor O’Farrell requested that the Guide Horse Foundation travel to Ring Ireland in 2002 so that she cold learn about the details of the Guide Horse Training program in hopes of establishing an independent guide horse program for citizens of the Republic of Ireland. Ms. O’Farrell is in the process of acquiring miniature horses in the Republic of Ireland in the hope of starting an Irish program for delivering Guide Horses in the Irish Republic. Don and Janet Burleson visited Ms. O‘Farrell for several days and assisted her in her work to establish a noble charity to serve the blind Irish population. We also learned a great deal about her training plans and theories. |
